Our Story
For nearly a decade, EICOP has built career pathways between emerging talent and leading employers through internships, professional development, mentorship, industry exposure, and career-building opportunities.
Over time, a broader need became clear.
Employers needed a trusted resource for talent beyond internship programs. At the same time, professionals within and beyond the EICOP community were gaining experience and looking for new career opportunities.
ETN was created to meet both needs through a dedicated staffing and placement service.
